Are request allowances monthly, and is Team's allowance shared?
Pro includes 100,000 requests per month and Team includes 500,000 shared requests per month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Team's allowance is shared across the identities and agents on the subscription, not multiplied per seat. Purchased request packs and referral bonuses add to your allowance.
What is an identity, and how do extra ones work?
An identity is any account or workspace PortEden governs (an email account, app account, shared mailbox, service account, or CRM identity). Pro includes 3 and can add up to 2 more for $5/mo each (5 total). Team includes 5 and can add up to 50 at $5/mo each (55 total).
